A buffet table containing of below items for minimum guests of 35 to maximum 250:
An appropriate amount of
– Sandwiches:5 different types of club sandwiches (Ham & cheese, Chicken breast & mayo, tuna & mayo, cheese & tomato, and bowled egg & mayo)
– Salads:3 types of salads ( Greek, green and red cabbage, mixed cabbages, and carrot and lotus salads).
– Drinks: Cold sparkling soft drinks and hot tea or coffee with 3 types of cakes
This menu will be served as self-service on table in large disposable trays with enough wooden cutlery and cardboard trays.
